General Conditions of Sales and Internal Regulations of the Hotel
*PRESENTATION: The hotel maintains the freedom to accept customers who are indecent and inappropriate, customers who behave in a disorderly or incorrect manner, customers who behave contrary to the law and order of the public.
*PAYMENT: The farm owner subscribes to the llegada. Accept the following bank cards: Visa, Mastercard. We request all persons who have our established status by presenting an identity document to make payments with checks or holiday vouchers. If we cannot facilitate this document, we are obligated to grant your request to obtain accommodation.
*IN THE EVENT OF INTERRUPTION OF YOUR STAY, no refund will be made. Likewise, in case of early departure, the entire stay must be paid. Delays in arrival or early departures may under no circumstances give rise to a refund.
*ALL CANCELLATIONS must reach us 72 hours before arrival date. After this period, the reservation expires.
*TOURIST TAX, not included in the reservation price, is valid in the town. You pay on site.
*ACCESS TO ROOMS: Rooms are available FROM 2:00 p.m. and must be vacated before 11:00 a.m.
Please note that in case of later departure you will be charged for an additional night. If you wish to keep the room for an additional night, payment for the room must be made before 11:00 a.m., subject to availability. Furthermore, your room is designed for a specific number of people; To ensure hotel safety standards, under no circumstances should you accommodate additional people. Make sure your bedroom door is securely closed before leaving the room or going to bed.
Please note that if you depart beyond that date, you will be charged for an additional night. *PROHIBITIONS: We remind you that the smoking ban has been in force in all public places since January 2, 2008. Smoking is also absolutely prohibited in the rooms for obvious reasons of safety and comfort (non-compliance will result in a compensation of €60/stay to restore the room). The use of gas appliances in the rooms is prohibited, for example: Stove, etc.
*ANIMALS: Animals are not accepted.
*BREAKFAST is served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am in the room set up for this purpose; In case of departure very early in the morning, we may, depending on the availability of the delivered products, make them available upon request.
*LA RÉCEPTION décline toute responsabilité pour vos bagages ou objets déposés dans les lieux publics. R.1334-30 and R;1334 -31 of the Public Health Code). A hotel room is a place of rest. All trade is strictly prohibited.
*INTERNAL HOTEL RULES apply to all reservations. Any stay implies acceptance of the special conditions and internal regulations of the hotel. IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE BY THE CUSTOMER WITH ANY OF THESE PROVISIONS, THE HOTEL OWNER WILL BE OBLIGED TO INVITE THE CUSTOMER TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT, WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION.
